Manual Sealless Tool
The TITAN sealless joint is the #1 sealing for many applications and in particular for manually performed sealings on flat packages. TITAN’s handy tools for the sealless joint are combination tools for the tensioning and sealing. These tools are all based on the same modular design; and this set of tools is called the E-series.
Beside many other components, the frame of the E-series tools is always the same and so are the strap tensioning mechanism and the sealing mechanism. This is the basis for an easy adaptability of all tools to different strap sizes according to customer requirements.
The basic version of the E-series tools is the so called HKE. It is the lightest tool of its class worldwide. Its functionality is ingenious and simple at the same time. Its design is very ergonomic and guarantees a very easy handling, allowing for many sealing operations per day without overworking the user.
The HKE is also available in a heavy duty version, capable of processing thicker strap for stronger strappings.
The manual all-rounder
Anyone working with a manual strapping tool daily will know in time what is important in this segment: Such a tool should have an ergonomic design and require minimal effort in joining.
It should also be usable everywhere. The HKE-L makes it possible: thanks to the special knife movement where the three punching operations are carried out in quick succession instead of simultaneously. With a weight of only 3.2 kg, it is the lightest tool in its class offering outstanding handling properties. The HKE-L can handle three strap widths as well as standard and high-performance straps.
Not only in practical use, but also during maintenance, this tool is particularly user-friendly and impresses with simple replacement of wear parts. A real all-rounder..

For higher strap tensions beyond manual capabilities, the HPE-version of the E-series tools is equipped with a pneumatic tensioner. Of course, the pneumatic tensioner implies an easier usage of the tool at the same time.
And for the ultimate relief of the user, the PKE-version is equipped with a pneumatic sealing cylinder on top. The PKE-tool is a fully pneumatically driven strapping tool.
Joint forces
Each strapping process consists of two steps. Tensioning and joining.
The
HPE-L combines muscle power and pneumatics for both processes. The
strap tension of up to 7,000 N is generated pneumatically while joining
is done manually.
The HPE-L offers the same advantages as the HKE
but expands them by greater user-friendliness and a uniform and high
tensioning force thanks to pneumatic drive.
This saves valuable energy when working with flat packages

Convenience through air pressure
The fully pneumatic hand-held tool PKE from TITAN allows all-round easy use.
Fully pneumatic means that both tensioning and joining are done pneumatically and no high effort is needed on the part of the operator. This makes it the ideal stationary device for high strapping rates.
It is possible to join steel straps of 13, 16 and 19 mm preferably on flat packages with PKE using a tensioning force of up to 7,000 N without seals.
By the way: Besides the exemplary user-friendliness, the TITAN hand-held tools of the E series impress with their high availability.
